Each system is supplied as a customized solution with vessel, agitation, control station and probes for growth of different microbes, yeast, mammalian, insect and plant cells, removing the complexities often faced in other systems.
The control station is fully integrated with built-in peristaltic pumps, gas flow control, and pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), substrate feed and antifoam functionalities all installed in one
bench top unit.An easy-to-use large 5.6-inch colour touchscreen interface (upto 12" interface available) allows setting and real-time pictorial display of agitation speed, temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen (DO), while 4 assignable built- in peristaltic pumps act in tandem with the corresponding probe sensor to control pH, DO and anti-foam feeds. Each probe is connected to an easily accessible control panel that also houses quick-fi t connectors for rapid set up of the heating system, aeration and ancillary equipment for cooling.
- Multiple options & accessories:Options for pH, DO and temperature; Choice for brushless motor drives and choices of impeller and adjustable flow meters with optional gas mixing module.
- Touch-and-grow:A large 5.6' color touch screen interface built within the control station allows the user to control and view each parameter within a conspicuous, easy-to read pictorial display.
- Helpful screen:The color touch screen is pre-configured for use with the selected reactor vessel, The PLC screen facilitate user-friendly control of all critical process values within a single screen.
- Gas flow control:Automatic multi-gas mixing options- up to two and four respectively in fermentation and cell culture mode ensure optimized yields and cell growth, while a selection of customizable gas flow options provide complete flexibility by allowing customers to design systems specific to their needs.
- Same Controller on all units:The same control system and software can be used for any of autoclave fermenters allowing the user to change to other vessel when without changing the control station or additional software upgrades.
